Today on the blog we have a sun filled treat for a change which was lucky as it’s the outdoor wedding at Kingscote Barn of Sarah and Lee. I photographed these two on another sunny day in Bath last year, we had a great time and I knew their wedding day was going to be lovely. I also knew this as I photographed Sarah’s sister Jemma’s wedding to Matt a few years ago and their whole family is so lovely and so much fun, as were Lee’s family who have just as many epic dance moves!
The whole day was at Kingscote Barn. I started my day with Sarah, bridesmaids and family down at Kingscote’s cottage, Spring Cottage, an idyllic place a short walk from the Barn. Getting ready with the help of Clare Bryce of Pure Pampering doing the make up and hair was Natalie Bishop of The Bridal Hair Specialists. I nipped up mid way to catch some of the guys getting ready in the converted stables (I think they were) next to the Barn, lots of fun tie confusion as usual :) It was then time for the ceremony which was outside, this was my first outside ceremony at Kingscote Barn and it really is the perfect setting for it, making the most of rolling hills as a backdrop. The rest of the day was filled with sun, bubbles, laughter, friends, drinking :) and dancing, oh the dancing, so much fun! Here are my favourites from their day:
